—10mm hook

—Bernat Blanket Yarn

—Tapestry needle for weaving

Directions:

(worked in round) 

1.  6SC MR. 

2.  12SC. 

3.  15SC. 

4-5.  15HDC.

6.  12SC.

7.  6SC.

8.  3SC. 

9.  6SC. FO. 

Leave a long enough tail to weave in and out of Round 8 to give the appearance of a tied balloon.
