Crochet Chicago Bears Coffee Cup Cozy...

My daughter-in-law asked me if I could crochet her boss, my doctor, a Chicago Bears coffee cup cozy.

Materials:
--4 mm hook
--#4 worsted weight yarn in navy, orange and white

Directions:
Navy yarn
1.  Chain 34.  Sl st to 1st chain.
2.  Ch 1. SC in next stitch, then DC in next...repeat around.  Sl st to 1st sc. Turn. Ch 1.
3.  Repeat 2 more times in navy.
4.  Join orange yarn.  Complete 2 rounds as above.
5.  Join white yarn.  Complete 1 round as above.
6.  Join orange yarn.  Complete 2 rounds as above.
7.  Join navy yarn.  Complete 3 rounds as above.
8.  Fasten off and weave ends.
