Amelia Baby Blanket

Happy Friday!!!  It’s been a dreary, rainy week here in North Carolina.  So, I’ve been keeping myself busy making baby blankets.  Today’s blanket, Amelia, is a gift for my daughter-in-law’s newest little niece.

I used “I Love This Yarn” from Hobby Lobby and a 6.0mm hook.  This was specifically designed in pink, black and grey to coordinate with Baby Amelia’s nursery.

Easy pattern with beautiful results...

I hope you all will enjoy this pattern.  It’s similar to my “Princess Baby Blanket” with a few changes to the pattern.  I used HDC stitches instead of HHDC to make the blanket portion; the number of rows and how I made my rows were slightly different and the border was made to have curves.

Happy Crocheting...
