Here’s my newest design, a “Foxy Fox”. I made him from the same basic pattern as my Tiger Buddy. So, he’s approximately 6” tall. For him, I used “I Love This Yarn” from Hobby Lobby in Burnt Pumpkin, White and Black.
This was easy and quick to make. The head and body are made in one piece - so less ends to weave. He’s super cute and sure to be loved by kids and adults, alike.
2. 2 SC in st. Ch1 and turn. (2)
3. 2 SC in first st, 1 SC in next st. Ch1 and turn. (3)
4. 1 SC in each st across. Ch1 and turn. (3)
5. 2 SC in first st, 1 SC in next st, 2 SC in last st. Ch1 and turn. (5)
6. 1 SC in each st across. FO and leave a long enough tail for attaching. (5)
Nose Tip:
1. With Black yarn, 3 SC into MR. Sl st join to first st. FO and leave a tail for attaching to nose. (3)
Assembly:
1. Attach nose tip to nose. (See my pics for help with placement).
2. Attach nose to center of head, with Round 6 of nose flush with Round 8 of head.

Foxy Fox Pattern
Size: Approximately 6” tall

-4.5mm hook
-#4 worsted weight yarn in Burnt Pumpkin (or similar color), Black & White

Directions:
The pattern is worked from the top
of the head down. This pattern is worked in the round so you will need
to use a stitch marker (I typically use a bobby pin) to keep track of
the first and last stitch of each round. Move stitch marker up with the
first stitch of each new round.
1. With Burnt Pumpkin yarn, 6 SC into MR. Pull to tighten to form ring. (6)

Eyes:
I used black eyes and attached at Round 12. If this was going to be for a baby or small child, I would have simply crocheted or embroidered the eyes.

3. Join Burnt Pumpkin yarn. 1 SC in each st around. (6)
