Crochet Fluffy Collar-Style Neck Warmer...

Hello.  This crocheted Fluffy Collar-Style Neck Warmer worked up rather fast.  It's super soft and super easy to make.  This is perfect for the coming fall/winter seasons to wear under your jacket/coat to keep your neck toasty warm. 

Fluffy Collar-Style Neck Warmer


Materials:
Lion Brand Homespun Yarn - Clouds
8mm Crochet Hook
Tapestry Needle
2 Buttons

Directions:
1.  Chain 20.  HDC in 2nd ch and remaining chains. Ch 1; turn.  (18 HDC)
2.  Repeat row 1 until your piece measures 28 inches long.
3.  On next row, HDC into first 4 stitches, *Ch 2, skip 2 stitches,* HDC into next 6 stitches.  Repeat from * to * and then HDC into each of the last 4 stitches.  (the ch 2, skip 2 stitches creates the buttonholes)
4.  Complete 3 more Rows of HDC stitches, remembering to Ch 1 at the end of each row.
5.  Sew the buttons on at Row 5.
