Skirt/Dress Convertible
Okay, so how cute is this skirt that can also be worn as a dress/cover-up? I made this during Fall 2016 so I will have to search through my pattern notes for the pattern. Have you ever made something, set it to the side and then completely forgot about it? Well, that's what happened here with this...lol.
